利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Taishiro Honda（以下「開発者」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション tabimo（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用される方（以下「利用者」）は、本規約に同意したうえでご利用ください。
1. 本アプリについて
本アプリは、グループ旅行の旅程・精算・持ち物・チャットを1か所にまとめるためのアプリです。招待制で、旅行の内容は招待されたメンバーの間でのみ共有されます。
2. アカウント
- 本アプリは13歳未満の方を対象としていません。
- アカウントの管理責任は利用者にあります。ログイン情報を第三者に共有しないでください。
- アカウントは設定画面からいつでも削除できます。削除の効果はプライバシーポリシー「6-1. アカウントの削除」に定めるとおりです。
3. サブスクリプション
- 本アプリの一部機能（地図・旅程ごとの写真・広告非表示など）は有料のサブスクリプションで提供されます。
- お支払いは Apple（App Store）または Google（Google Play）を通じて行われ、解約はそれぞれのストアのサブスクリプション設定から行っていただきます（本アプリ内では解約できません）。
- サブスクリプションは、期間終了の24時間前までに解約されない限り自動的に更新されます。
- 一部のプランには無料トライアル期間が付く場合があります（提供の有無・具体的な期間は、購入時にアプリ内および App Store / Google Play の購入画面に表示される内容によります。本規約作成時点では1週間です）。トライアル終了までにストアの設定から解約しない限り、トライアル終了後に自動的に有料プランの課金が開始されます。また、トライアル期間中に他のプラン・サブスクリプションを購入した場合、未使用分の無料トライアル期間は消滅することがあります。
- 返金の可否および手続きは、各ストアの規定に従います。開発者が直接返金を行うことはできません。
4. 利用者が入力・投稿する内容
- 旅程・精算・持ち物・チャットの本文・写真など、利用者が入力・投稿した内容（以下「投稿内容」）の権利は利用者に留保されます。
- 開発者は、本アプリの提供に必要な範囲（保存・表示・招待されたメンバーへの共有・バックアップ等）でのみ投稿内容を取り扱います。広告・宣伝などの目的で利用することはありません。
- 投稿内容について、開発者は原則として監視しません。
5. 他の人の情報を入力するとき（重要）
本アプリには、アプリを使っていない人を「名前だけの参加者」として精算に加える機能があります。この場合、入力される氏名は利用者ご本人ではなく第三者の個人情報です。
- 第三者の氏名その他の情報を入力する場合は、あらかじめその方の同意を得るなど、必要な配慮を行ったうえで入力してください。
- 他人の権利（プライバシー・肖像権・著作権等）を侵害する内容を投稿しないでください。写真に写っている方の扱いについても同様です。
- 開発者は、個々の入力が適切な同意のもとで行われたかを確認することはできません。
- ただし、通報機能を通じて他の利用者の行為を報告する場合は、この節の対象外です（通報は安全のための機能であり、通報対象者の同意は不要です）。
6. 精算機能について（重要）
精算機能は、入力された金額をもとに割り勘の計算を補助するものです。計算結果が利用者間の債権債務を確定させるものではありません。
- 表示される金額は、利用者が入力した内容にもとづく計算結果です。入力内容が誤っていれば結果も誤ります。
- 小数を使わない通貨（円・ウォンなど）では、割り勘の丸めにより各行の合計と総額が1単位ずれることがあります。
- 「済み」の表示は、利用者がアプリ上で行った記録にすぎず、実際の支払いの有無を証明するものではありません。
- 金銭のやり取りは、必ず当事者間でご確認のうえ行ってください。開発者は利用者間の金銭トラブルについて責任を負いません。
7. 禁止事項
利用者は、次の行為を行わないものとします。
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 他の利用者または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
- 本アプリの運営を妨げる行為（不正アクセス、過度な負荷をかける行為、リバースエンジニアリング等）
- 招待リンクを、招待の意図がない不特定多数へ公開する行為
- 本アプリを利用して、他人になりすます行為
- 事実に反する通報を行う、または通報機能・ブロック機能を嫌がらせ等の目的で悪用する行為
8. データの保存期間
- チャットに送信した写真は、投稿から90日で自動的に削除されます（サブスクリプションに加入していても延長されません）。残しておきたい写真は期限までに端末へ保存してください。
- その他のデータの保存期間は、プライバシーポリシー「4. 保存期間」に定めるとおりです。
9. サービスの変更・中断・終了
- 開発者は、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することがあります。
- 終了する場合は、可能な限り事前にアプリ内またはウェブサイト上で告知します。
- やむを得ない事情（システム障害・法令の変更等）により、事前の告知なく中断する場合があります。
10. 免責
- 開発者は、本アプリが利用者の特定の目的に適合すること、期待する機能・正確性・有用性を有すること、および常に利用可能であることを保証しません。
- 利用者が本アプリを利用したことにより生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。
- ただし、開発者に故意または重大な過失がある場合は、この限りではありません。また、本規約が消費者契約に該当する場合において、開発者の責任を全部免除する趣旨には解釈されないものとします。
- 開発者が損害賠償責任を負う場合、その範囲は、利用者が直近12か月間に本アプリに支払った金額を上限とします（故意または重大な過失がある場合を除きます）。
11. 個人情報の取り扱い
個人情報の取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーに定めるとおりです。
12. 本規約の変更
開発者は、必要と判断した場合に本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。重要な変更については、アプリ内の告知等、より分かりやすい方法での周知に努めます。
13. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。日本語版を正文とし、英語版は参考訳とします。両者の内容に相違がある場合は、日本語版が優先します。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using tabimo (the "App"), a mobile application provided by Taishiro Honda (the "Developer"). By using the App, you ("you") agree to these Terms.
1. About the App
The App brings together group-trip itineraries, expense splitting, packing lists, and chat in one place. It is invitation-only: trip content is shared solely among the members invited to that trip.
2. Accounts
- The App is not intended for children under 13.
- You are responsible for managing your account. Do not share your login credentials with others.
- You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. The effects of deletion are described in section "6-1. Account Deletion" of our Privacy Policy.
3. Subscriptions
- Some features (the map, per-itinerary photos, ad-free use, and others) are provided through a paid subscription.
- Payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and cancellation is done from those stores' subscription settings (you cannot cancel inside the App).
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Some plans may include a free trial (whether a trial is offered, and its exact length, are shown on the purchase screen in the App or on the App Store / Google Play at the time of purchase; as of this policy it is one week). Unless you cancel from the store's subscription settings before the trial ends, billing for the paid plan begins automatically once the trial ends. If you purchase another plan or subscription during the trial period, any unused portion of the free trial may be forfeited.
- Refunds are governed by each store's policies. The Developer cannot issue refunds directly.
4. Content You Provide
- You retain your rights in the content you enter or post (itineraries, expenses, checklists, chat messages, photos, and so on).
- The Developer handles your content only to the extent necessary to operate the App (storage, display, sharing with invited members, backups). It is never used for advertising or promotion.
- The Developer does not, as a rule, monitor the content you post.
5. Entering Other People's Information (important)
The App lets you add someone who does not use it as a "guest" for expense splitting. In that case, the name you enter is another person's personal information, not your own.
- When entering a third party's name or other information, please do so only with appropriate consideration, such as obtaining that person's consent in advance.
- Do not post content that infringes others' rights (privacy, likeness, copyright, and so on). The same applies to people appearing in photos.
- The Developer has no way to verify whether each entry was made with appropriate consent.
- This section does not apply to reporting another user's conduct through the report feature — reporting is a safety feature and does not require the consent of the person being reported.
6. About the Expense Splitting Feature (important)
The expense feature helps you calculate a split based on the amounts you enter. Its results do not establish any debt or obligation between users.
- The amounts shown are calculated from what you entered. If the input is wrong, the result is wrong.
- For currencies without decimal places (such as JPY or KRW), rounding may cause the sum of individual rows to differ from the total by one unit.
- A "settled" mark is only a record made by a user inside the App and is not proof that a payment actually occurred.
- Please confirm any transfer of money directly between the people involved. The Developer is not responsible for monetary disputes between users.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- violate laws or public order and morals;
- infringe the rights of other users or third parties;
- interfere with the operation of the App (unauthorized access, excessive load, reverse engineering, and so on);
- publish an invite link to the general public when no invitation was intended;
- impersonate another person using the App;
- submit a report that you know to be false, or misuse the report or block features for purposes such as harassment.
8. Data Retention
- Photos sent in chat are automatically deleted 90 days after posting (this is not extended even for subscribers). Please save any photos you want to keep to your device before then.
- Retention of other data is described in section "4. Retention Periods" of our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service
- The Developer may change the App's contents, or suspend or discontinue providing it.
- If the service is discontinued, we will announce it in advance in the App or on this website where reasonably possible.
- Service may be suspended without prior notice due to unavoidable circumstances (system failures, changes in law, and so on).
10. Disclaimer
- The Developer does not warrant that the App fits your particular purpose, that it has the functionality, accuracy, or usefulness you expect, or that it is always available.
- The Developer is not liable for damages arising from your use of the App.
- This does not apply where the Developer acted intentionally or with gross negligence. Where these Terms constitute a consumer contract, they shall not be construed as excluding the Developer's liability in its entirety.
- Where the Developer is liable for damages, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months (except in cases of intent or gross negligence).
11. Personal Information
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
The Developer may revise these Terms when deemed necessary. Revised Terms take effect once posted on this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users more directly, such as through an in-app notice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Japanese version is the authoritative text, and this English version is provided as a reference translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Japanese version shall prevail.
