tabimo（以下「本アプリ」）は、Taishiro Honda（以下「開発者」）が提供する、グループ旅行の旅程・精算・持ち物・チャットを1か所にまとめるモバイルアプリケーションです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける利用者情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
1. はじめに
本アプリは、招待された旅行メンバー同士で情報を共有する招待制のプライベートなアプリです。公開一覧やSNS的な発見機能はなく、旅行の内容は招待されたメンバーの間でのみ共有されます。
2. 取得する情報
2-1. アカウント情報
- メールアドレス（アカウント登録・ログインに使用）
- 表示名（旅行メンバーに表示されます）
- アバター写真（任意。設定画面からご自身で設定する場合のみ取得します。設定しない場合は表示名の頭文字を表示します）
2-2. ユーザーが入力する旅行データ
利用者が入力・アップロードした以下の情報を、招待された旅行メンバー間で共有するために取得します。
- 旅程情報（予定の場所名・住所・日時・メモ）
- 精算情報（支出の金額・内訳・立て替えた人・割り勘の対象者・「誰が誰に返済したか」の記録）
- 持ち物・買い出しリストの項目
- チャットの本文・送信した写真
- 予定ごとに追加する旅程の写真（サブスクリプション加入者のみ利用できる機能です）
名前だけの参加者について（重要）: 本アプリのアカウントを持たない人を旅行のメンバーとして精算等に加えるため、メンバーが「名前だけの参加者」としてその人の氏名を入力できる機能があります。この場合、入力される氏名はアプリの利用者本人ではなく第三者の個人情報である可能性があります。この情報を入力するメンバーは、本人の同意を得るなど必要な配慮を行ったうえで入力するようお願いします。開発者はこの入力内容が適切な同意のもとで行われたことを個別に確認することはできません。
2-3. 購入情報
本アプリのサブスクリプション機能は RevenueCat を通じて提供されます。開発者が取得するのは、購読状態（加入中か・更新予定か・失効日等）およびそれに付随する識別子のみです。クレジットカード番号等の決済情報そのものは Apple（App Store）または Google（Google Play）が処理し、開発者は取得・保管しません。
2-4. 広告関連情報
本アプリは Google AdMob による広告を表示します。iOS では、パーソナライズ広告の表示にあたり App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の許諾を求めます。許諾いただいた場合のみ、広告識別子（IDFA 等）を広告配信のために使用します。許諾いただけない場合は、パーソナライズされない広告を表示します。サブスクリプションに加入している間は、本アプリに広告は表示されません。
2-5. 端末から選択する写真
チャット写真・旅程の写真・アバター写真は、いずれも利用者がアプリ内の写真選択画面で個別に選んだ写真のみ取得します。カメラロール（写真ライブラリ）全体への継続的なアクセスは行いません。
3. 位置情報の取り扱い
本アプリは、端末のGPSによる位置情報の常時追跡や、利用者の現在地の収集を行いません。
地図タブに表示される「ピン」および旅行に自動付与される「行った国」は、次の手順で生成されます。
- 利用者が旅程の予定に入力した場所名・住所（テキスト）を、
- 端末のOSが提供する標準のジオコーディング機能（iOS: Apple 提供／Android: Google 提供）を使って、座標（緯度・経度）や国コードに変換します。
この変換は端末のOSの仕組みを通じて行われます（OSの提供元である Apple または Google のサーバーが変換に利用される場合があります。その取り扱いは各社のプライバシーポリシーに従います）。開発者のサーバーが場所名の変換を行うことはなく、変換の結果（座標・国コード）のみが開発者のサーバーに保存されます。GPSによる実際の現在地情報は取得・保存されません。地図のピンは利用者本人だけが見られる個人の記録であり、他の旅行メンバーには共有されません（「行った国」は、共通の旅行に参加しているメンバー同士でのみ表示されます）。
なお、地図機能・旅程の写真は、サブスクリプションに加入している利用者のみが利用できる機能です。
4. 保存期間

5. 第三者への提供・処理の委託

これらのサービス以外の第三者へ、利用者の個人情報を販売・提供することはありません。
6. 利用者の権利
6-1. アカウントの削除
設定画面から、アプリ内でいつでも即座にアカウントを削除できます。削除すると、ログイン情報および氏名・メールアドレスなどご本人を直接特定できる情報は削除され、それ以降の旅行データ（精算・チャット等）では「削除済みの利用者」として扱われます。ただし、他のメンバーと共有していた旅行データ（過去の支出の金額など）は、旅行の記録として残ります（ご本人を名指しできる情報だけが除かれます）。設定していたアバター写真は削除と同時に消去されます。未精算の残高がある場合でも、削除の妨げにはなりません。
6-2. 写真の削除
チャット写真・旅程の写真・アバター写真は、それぞれの画面からいつでも個別に削除できます。

7. 児童のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の児童を対象としていません。13歳未満の方から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
8. 準拠法・言語
本ポリシーは日本法に準拠します。日本語版を正文とし、英語版は参考訳とします。両者の内容に相違がある場合は、日本語版が優先します。
9. プライバシーポリシーの変更
本ポリシーの内容を変更する場合は、本ページ上での掲載により告知します。重要な変更（取得する情報の種類が増える場合等）については、アプリ内の告知等、より分かりやすい方法での周知に努めます。変更後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載された時点から効力を生じます。
Privacy Policy

tabimo ("the App") is a mobile application provided by Taishiro Honda ("the Developer") that brings together group-trip itineraries, expense splitting, packing lists, and chat in one place. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle user information within the App.
1. Introduction
The App is invitation-only and private: trip content is shared only among the members who have been invited to that trip. There is no public listing or social-discovery feature.
2. Information We Collect
2-1. Account Information
- Email address (used for account registration and sign-in)
- Display name (shown to trip members)
- Avatar photo (optional. Collected only if you choose to set one from the Settings screen. If not set, your name's initial is shown instead)
2-2. Trip Data You Provide
We collect the following information that you enter or upload, in order to share it among the members invited to a trip.
- Itinerary information (place names, addresses, dates/times, and notes for each plan)
- Expense information (amounts, breakdowns, who paid, who is being split with, and records of "who repaid whom")
- Packing / shopping checklist items
- Chat message text and photos you send
- Photos you attach to individual itinerary items (available to subscribers only)
About guests entered by name only (important): To let members include people who do not use the App (for example, in expense splitting), a member can add a "guest" by typing that person's name. In this case, the name entered may be another person's personal information, not your own. Members who enter such information are asked to do so only with appropriate consideration, such as obtaining that person's consent. The Developer has no way to individually confirm that appropriate consent was obtained before such information is entered.
2-3. Purchase Information
Our subscription feature is provided through RevenueCat. The Developer only obtains subscription status (e.g., whether you are subscribed, renewal status, expiration date) and related identifiers. Payment details such as credit card numbers are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are never collected or stored by the Developer.
2-4. Advertising-Related Information
The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob. On iOS, we request your consent through App Tracking Transparency (ATT) before showing personalized ads. Only if you consent, we use advertising identifiers (such as the IDFA) for ad delivery. If you do not consent, non-personalized ads are shown instead. While you have an active subscription, no advertisements are shown in the App.
2-5. Photos Selected From Your Device
For chat photos, itinerary photos, and avatar photos, we only access the specific photo(s) you individually select through the in-app photo picker. We do not obtain ongoing access to your entire photo library.
3. Location Information
The App does not continuously track your device's GPS location, and does not collect your real-time whereabouts.
The "pins" shown on the Map tab and the "countries visited" automatically associated with a trip are generated as follows:
- The place name or address (text) you entered for an itinerary item is
- converted into coordinates (latitude/longitude) and a country code using the standard geocoding feature provided by your device's operating system (iOS: provided by Apple / Android: provided by Google).
This conversion is performed through your device's OS (servers operated by Apple or Google, the OS providers, may be used for the conversion; their handling of this data is governed by their respective privacy policies). Our servers never perform the place-name conversion themselves — only the resulting coordinates and country code are stored on our servers. Your device's actual real-time GPS location is never collected or stored. Map pins are a personal record visible only to you and are not shared with other trip members ("countries visited" is shown only among members who share the same trip).
The Map feature and itinerary photos are available only to subscribers.
4. Retention Periods

5. Third-Party Disclosure and Processing

We do not sell or provide your personal information to any third party other than the services listed above.
6. Your Rights
6-1. Account Deletion
You can delete your account immediately, at any time, from within the App via the Settings screen. Upon deletion, your login credentials and directly identifying information (such as your name and email address) are deleted, and subsequent references to you in trip data (expenses, chat, etc.) are treated as belonging to a "deleted user." However, trip data you shared with other members (such as past expense amounts) remains as part of the trip's record (only the information that would identify you personally is removed). Any avatar photo you had set is erased at the same time. Having an unsettled balance does not prevent account deletion.
6-2. Deleting Photos
Chat photos, itinerary photos, and your avatar photo can each be deleted individually at any time from their respective screens.

7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Governing Law and Language
This Policy is governed by the laws of Japan. The Japanese version is the authoritative text, and this English version is provided as a reference translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the Japanese version shall prevail.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we change this Policy, we will announce the change by posting the updated version on this page. For material changes (such as an increase in the categories of information collected), we will make reasonable efforts to notify users more directly, such as through an in-app notice. The revised Policy takes effect from the time it is posted on this page.
